• Focus on Customer success

• Interfaces with customers to provide network design and performance related services, according to the solutions portfolio

• Performs technical tasks in customer projects, according to project plan and with project manager’s guidance.

• Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his field of expertise

• Has awareness of and works in compliance with the processes, methods linked to the job, and possesses service excellence awareness

• Is able to describe the NPO portfolio Win Together/Build communities

• May assist in delivery of basic network design and performance training

• Assists in projects to maintain healthy financial margins by sharing ideas as well as having a cost effective attitude mindset

• Reports the progress of his/her work to project management/line management.

Typical task

• Works typically in one technology area with basic to intermediate skill level, having practical experience and requiring supervision with more complex and non-routine tasks(for the following areas)

• Utilization of design and measurement tools

• Network Dimensioning for sales

• Network design

• Field Measurements and laboratory tests

• Network and/or service optimization
