* Job Description
-. Design, implement and improve an Occupational Hygiene management system that will enable the Site to be in compliance with Syngenta and regulatory requirements.
-. Ensure the effective dissemination of Occupational Hygiene Hazards to all personnel at Site through adequate training information
-. Ensure that all activities on site comply with Syngenta and regulatory Occupational Hygiene Standards
-. Ensure reporting of quantified measures of Health/Hygiene, performance in line with Site/Regional and Global HSE reporting requirements.
-. Ensure that adequate workplace monitoring is being carried out on site.
-. Provide support as Health Risk Assessment lead to the site and supports managers in validating Health Risk Assessments
-. Work in coordination with Head HSE, regional and Global Occupational Health for arriving at decisions to help the site for improvement action on occupational health campaigns.
-. Coach and manage performance of HRAs on site.
-. Provide incident investigation expertise to site , incorporating best practices to ensure that all key learning is identified and acted on.

* Requirements
-. A Degree in Industrial Hygiene or Graduate Science with Chemistry/Biology/Chemical Engineering/Medicine and Certified Industrial hygiene by ABIH or similar awarding body
-. Worked in Chemical Industry as an Industrial Hygienist for 5 years and above.
-. Working knowledge on occupational exposure in industry and legal implication.
-. Devised Engineering solutions for preventing occupational exposure.
